The Public Relations Officer as a Strategic Actor in the Management of Integral Communication in Organizations

The study takes as a case study the possible areas of employability presented in the current context professionals and public relations that could allow them perform in multidisciplinary working groups to manage integrated communication in organizations. This is a descriptive research, cross-sectional, using a mixed research approach, using survey and interview as techniques, and questionnaire and interview guide as a tool to retrieve information in three groups: employers, specialists and graduates Publicity and Public Relations in Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Sociales of the Universidad Veracruzana. Based on the results, it was possible to note that the public relations becomes the agent whose profile based mastering methodologies and techniques lobby, communication, publicity, marketing, promotion, market research, corporate image, among other, allows you to join multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic actions of integrated communication in organizations.
