Cultural Law as a Fundamental Right in Mexico

In this article explains how through the constitutional reforms of 2009 and the UNESCO Convention of 2003, will form the legal foundation forcing the Mexican state to establish constitutional law and regulatory law the human right to culture. It is through this reform that the ability to generate sufficient and efficient assertive cultural policy in the sense that he was not left to the ruler in turn the decision to support cultural development is opened, but as an obligation constitutional and conventional constrains to obey the command instructs the relevant cultural politic.
