This paper discusses the importance of the proper performance of public servants to the obligation that generates to all authorities of to promote, to respect, to guarantee and to protect human rights in our country. It is approached from the transformation of the Mexican State from 2011, the history of human rights, and the obligations of public servants in human rights under the principles of universality, indivisibility and interdependence and progressiveness.
