Gaetano Filangieri was a jurist and eighteenth century Italian thinker , author of several books among which is the "Science of Law " , Gaetano Filangieri 's ideas continue to be reflected again today in the adversarial criminal justice system adversarial system that we believe in cutting-edge protection human rights of both the victim and the accused, however please note that the thoughts of Italian jurist continue seeing this reflected not only for those who know from the doctrinaire approach his work, also from the praxis in this new penal system, through their sentences board issues that are of relevance in the Mexican adversarial system.
