Family violence is a problem that affects society because the family is the basic unit of any social structure; the visiblidad who have had civil organizations worldwide in the last twenty years to prevent victimization, have led to the commitment of state governments globally to combat this scourge through an appropriate legal framework, always prioritizing respect for human rights; in this sense, international, national and state level Chiapas, there have been legal reforms necessary to prevent and punish, if family violence.
