Social discontent occurs in societies regardless of the economic development model they have chosen, their forms of government and even the religious or cultural motivation underlying them. The phenomenon is observed in States with neoliberal, planned or mixed economies; also, in those of a democratic, monarchical, dictatorial, or religious order. This invites us to think about the participation that the Law implies in this, as a tool for the consolidation of said models by those who hold power and with it, the option to use it according to their interests, under the protection of the law. It is relevant to state that society is built based on expectations and consensus over interests that see the Law as the support for their wishes. From a qualitative point of view, it is necessary to reflect from a social perspective over the interests of power itself.
