Abstract

This article discusses how the elements of the Right to Good Public Administration can serve as a proactive tool in the fight against organized crime from the perspective of governmental institutions. The document is composed of an introduction, an overview of the evolution of the drug trafficking situation in Mexico, an analysis of the current situation, and concludes with a series of recommendations.

Dr. Julio César García Landero, Universidad de Xalapa y El Colegio de Veracruz, México

Doctor of Law from the University of Xalapa, master's in Constitutional Justice and Human Rights from the University of Bologna, Italy, master's in Regional Development from El Colegio de Veracruz, Bachelor of Law from the Latin American Center for Higher Studies, and Bachelor of Political Science from the Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM). He has taught at CIDE and the Panamerican University and is currently a professor at the University of Xalapa and El Colegio de Veracruz.

Dr. David Quintano Díaz, Universidad Veracruzana, México

Doctor in Law from the Institute of Legal Research of the UV, Doctor in Government and Public Administration, Master in Public Policy, Master in Tax Law, and Master in International Relations and Negotiations, Bachelor in Law and Bachelor in Economics. Researcher at the College of Veracruz and Member of the National System of Researchers level 1 of the Ministry of Science and Humanities.
