Abstract

The book Legal Framework of the Company, by the author José Francisco Báez Corona, is a work divided into different chapters, each one of these is addressed to issues of legal aspects within an organization, from issues such as knowing what the turn of the company, drafting a contract, the specifications of a contract, commercial companies, credit titles, etc. These are some of the points that the author addresses in his work. In addition, at the end of each of the different units, there is a section of exercises to better understand each of the topics indicated in the different chapters.
