Reform, LegalAbstract
With the reform of June 2011 in Mexico, Human Rights have been constitutionally consolidated, with the application of international treaties, principles that should guide the authorities in their actions. In the first chapter of Álvarez Montero he presents us with a comparison between Spanish legislation on Spanish amparo and the Mexican amparo trial, in relation to human rights, the first that protects a greater number of human rights than the current amparo trial in Mexico.
